Rup, there are rumors floating round that the French government have extracted anti-gravity technology from UFOs and adapted it to their lawn mowers in order to mow this incline..

Other rumors (unsubstantiated) suggest they are running fuel injected 500cc 2stoke donks in them, JMB is the pilot, and he actually does a step-up when mowing from the lower-level to the upper level.
