So, I had a really solid, hard ride yesterday for about...6 hours. Got home, took a shower, hit the sack. This morning I woke up, and I have this aching chest pain that I only feel when my heart beats, which I also feel in my left arm. Didn't pay much attention to it at first, but it's lasted all day now. I know it isn't muscle soreness, I get that all the time. I'm 22, so I wouldn't think it'd be heart problems...but I've been riding 8 years now and I've never had anything like this happen, have any of you guys?

I almost ignored something like that once. Turned out I had a collapsed lung and they said I would not have lived through the night if I had gone home and layed down.
Well, this asshole suggests seeing a doctor, asshole
Insurance, yes.
Money to be throwing at ER visits over something that may be nothing, no.
Like I said, this thread was more about asking if this is something anyone else has experienced...not asking you to be armchair MDs.
Thanks to those who actually responded helpfully.

But then if you were REALLY worried about this, you've already googled it and know this.
If it's persisting at this time, I suggest you run by the ED and get checked out. That's my advice, based on all the initials after my name.

RUN!!!

Pain that seems to be worse with cardiac motion would suggest pericarditis, actually, although even that's not typical.
Strange history....all the more reason to get it checked out.
MR
That's bad
Go to the doctor.
Don't ever ask anyone from motodrive for advice.
What does ED have to do with his problem?
