CRF250R help

I just got my 250 today
brought it home and started it up

it started right up but after a while it sounded like the rpms jumped up, im wondering if theres to much fuel getting to the engine or what.

does anyone else have this problem?

Did you turn the choke off ?

Fuel mixture screw in properly ?

It's a new bike, adjust it.
