He's a good rider and when he puts his mind to it has had some good speed. He's made quite a few 250 SX main events.......... pretty repectable IMO. If you could do better than have at it!

His Dad was the Canadian Distrubtor for SIXONESIX in Canada.

Sure he has great connections because of his Dad, but he's also a hard worker, like DL said, he's made quite a few 250 mains. Probably one of the nicest guys out there as well. It's good to see a rider with a personality.

What ride did he get ? I'm sure he isn't getting any salary or not much if he is.

I met his Dad several times, real nice folks. Brady seems like a good kid too.

Right on guys I was just curious because all I heard at US OPEN from announces and all was how everyone was job-less and I noticed he was at Montreal, and US Open. So very good on his part and wish him luck in 2010.

Scott the pill you need to swallow is the one where the rides look better than they actually are. Brady isn't taking any paying jobs from anyone.

Keep working and trying it will come and if it doesn't you will be better for the effort you put in.

Hey Rick Sheren here. Brady raced for a really great Fun Center SX lites team for the past two seasons. Awesome people, Gregg Lynk, Tonya and Lyle, kept it loose and it was fun to be there. FYI, I contributed to their effort so Brady could race, as he was not quite at the level to earn anything better. It still cost much less than doing it on our own, as they supplied the rig, mechanic and real good equipment.

Allow me to explain how Brady raced Montreal and the US Open.

We bought the Fun Center race bike after the SX season, took off the suspension
and pipe, and paid our way to Montreal and borrowed a bike and paid a mechanic.

Then he flew back to our house in Menifee, hired a mechanic for the US Open, drove there in his truck, I paid for the hotel for the weekend.

As you can probably figure out, not a lot of support there. Some might call it "privateering it". He has no ride for SX as Fun Center is not returning so he will probably retire from AMA Pro racing, unless something decent comes along.

brady rocks. he's up for promoting sponsors and himself. everybody likes him and he loves to have a laugh. when we do webcasts up here on the pink palace, brady is the first guy to jump in and help out. if he could get starts like his old man used to he'd be in a hell of a lot more mains.

Brady is a nice young man who seems to have a good head on his shoulders from my brief interactions with him, I wish him the best of luck in the future. Rick any word on when Brady's new venture will be announced?
