Back in the 90s all you had to do is stop by circle K and get you some mini thins from the counter for "focus" and drink water... so what if ephedrine could make your heart explode if you took too much ...those sure were the days!

Arma products are okay, but the price tag is way too much for what they offer. You can definitely find the same thing or better for 1/3 of the price.. They are targeting a niche group of people and are 3x as expensive as they should be for what you're getting.

With a quick research in the tool I like to use (google), liquid IV is a great alternative to the new Arma hydration and includes B vitamins as a kicker. You can pick up a 24 pack at Costco for $30. The Arma hydration is 30 servings for $50 +shipping and no b vitamins.

Or you could just have an old fashion water, banana and oranges for your potassium and vitamin c and take a B complex vitamin for even less of a price. Wink

That is completely false. Caffeine does help you focus within limits of consumption. Green tea supplements do not give you a spike or crash. It has its benefits.
