Hope you have better luck searching than I have.

Leaning towards stripping a new FMF Fatty YZ490 pipe, as apparently it fits perfectly if you trim about an inch off the back for the silencer to match up and mount perfectly. Not smart enough to know how that may affect performance, though. I wonder how many it would take to convince PC to do a run of Works pipes?

I bought a plated pc pipe stripped the plating got it on the bike but im doing the 250 tank and shrouds and the wr pipe fits better

we r cutting the pc pipe to see if we can get it on i showed my welder buddy the Carlquist pancake pipe and if we cant get the shroud on we are going to heat it up and flatten it , then when the thing runs like a yz80 ill be needing a pipe

Sounds awesome, hopefully you’ll post what you come up with.

Was modifying the PC pipe a simple job? I’d read somewhere that they didn’t fit the 500 as well as the FMF did, which didn’t totally make sense to me.

I got the pc pipe and silencer and modified the silencer and left the pipe alone I think we just cut the front pipe onn the silencer a little shorter to fit

Hi, I also have a 92 wr 500, and I bought a PC platinun pipe for an yz 490, I noticed that you use the same pipe in your wr, can you show me where is bolted the pipe to the frame? I´m having issues where to bolt the pipe
