did you replace the shaft and seals with genuine buddy? and did you change the bearing? i had many of the early crf 450 and putting genuine seals, shaft and bearing in at the same time seemed to solve the issue, if you have done the above, then it must be a case issue, if its coming from the weep hole, it must be the mechanical seal, as its the only way that coolant can get out of there i think , here is a pic from the manual to show your water direction, hope you find the issue

Wrong seals or installed wrong way, shaft has worn groove,

9/2/2024 6:14am Hi thanks for the input it really helps ...I have done genuine seal bearing impeller ... I am going too swap out. The case and see how it goes appreciate it guys ...

9/2/2024 2:25am Hi I'm in Australia... My crf 450r 2010 fuel injected is leaking coolant out of the weep hole ...was told. Head gasket I replaced that was told. Radiator cap replaced that ... Water pump seal kit impeller n all that stuff... And it still leaks coolant straight thru ...when u put coolant in goes straight thru and pours out weep...
