10/19/2012 1:49am Wow, great site. Found this while I googled E.C. Birt. I did most of the testing on the E.C. and Walker 125 Elsinore parts. The company was based in Boynton Beach at Frankie Walker's (MotoCross Inc) Industrial complex. Brought back a lot of memories!!!
