11/17/2016 9:42am Thanks man appreciate it... Really unfortunate for the fact that i only have 5 degrees difference in plantarflexion iwhen compared to my good ankle. My dorsi flexion ( upwards) is the same on both, My PT said im doing awesome, but we are still hoping praying that i dont get complete Avascular Necrosis. Has anyone here ever heard of someone...

10/24/2016 11:55am Hey guys, just wanted to share my story, July 30th 2016 raced an arenacross, cased the finish line triple. Shattered my talus (body and neck) screwed that one by landing by approx a foot short. My skid/footpegs is what hit first. I am now 12 weeks post surgery.
