The inner mesh is a very minimal spark arrester. Not made to come out as it's built into the widest part of the core. You can rattle it loose and will be able to slide it back and forth roughly 6 inches in the exhaust or so. But it is much too wide to be pulled out of the exhaust...

Wondering if someone can help me out, I removed allen bolt from Akro system but had difficulties removing the spark arrestor. I managed to get it out but i damaged it in the process and threw it out.
