Ours just died once, turned out to be a faulty stator! Then a month later it did the same( after a noise test at scrutineers), no spark! later it fired and we then rode it for 5 more practice days until it would not turn off via the kill switch? I fitted a new switch and it seems ok again...

Hi, my cr 250 is now finished. factory hrc full tig welded frame has been blasted and painted. the engine has a new piston, rod kit, main bearings, all oils seals and gaskets. Recently rebuilt wheels with new spokes and rims. Some new plastics with my favorite decals and seat cover. fmf front pipe, trick billet clamps, magnesium front hub.ohlins...

46mm forks aswell(43 in this yr normally) ohlins rear. suspension is really good, so soft but wont bottom out!

Hi guys, i've just bought a 95 cr 250, now .... has a different frame number to stantard, fully tig welded. also got a extra bit on main frame. Plus its got on lower right frame cradle 2 welded in threads? was this to take the case guards that mcgrath ,everts,herring used to have? The engine got numbers on and...

few more pics of rebuild. blasted painted.engine rebuilt. do you think the front hub is one of those magnesium ones?? the bolts on forks that pinch the spindle are titanium drilled.

Yer i dont think the engine is anything special. The cases are polished inside and so is the carb, the factory engines had a ajustable powervalve so i'm told. I should have the frame and engine back this wk so i'll start the rebuild. Cant decide on which replica graphics to fit, we think its a rob herring old frame...

Don't know at the moment it not here. Its being blasted and painted . The engine is also away being fully rebuilt. It will be for sale after all done. Price i dont know , just open to offers. thanks

Hi, what mods anyone done? Bike seems slow? we've had ours remapped by our local dealer and bought hgs pipes(not fitted yet as its winter here) and opened up air box. runs better but still not great. cheers

The ohlins rear shock is a 93. ho 3250, but has v-307 stamped on it also. Perhaps this is a 93 frame? Its fully tig welded and a frame builder friend said it been done very very professionally. surely someone on here knows?
