9/15/2014 8:36am Apply some penetrating oil on the threads. Then, from the backside of the nipples use a hammer and #3 phillips/punch/impact driver to "jar" the threads loose. This will shock the threads and break the small layer of corrosion that's seizing them together. Don't use a spoke wrench on the outside or you risk distorting and ruining the nipples.
