So after riding yesterday I noticed both fork legs were covered in oil & dirt. Some of this gunk was on the brake caliper so I'm glad I stopped when I did. If I pay someone to replace the seals & change oil, what is a fair price for labor & parts? Or is this something I can do myself...

So Boyesen says to lean the main jet after installing the rad valve. Why is that? I assumed the rad valve let's more air in the engine, so larger jets are needed. Can someone smarter than me explain why this is?

Someone is selling a 96 KLR250 - it has 7200 miles but is in pretty good condition. It needs a valve adjustment I think (the top end is ticking away). And the tires need replacing. [img:31159ygd]http://images.craigslist.org/01010901040001030820080312779e5445dc9f80f3…] Is $1200 a fair price?
