I think (hope) he means something more like: "fine tune and improve the shape I'm in". and do the same with the machine he is racing.

4/1/2015 9:59pm I hate to pick apart something that Josh said because I know hes not necessarily the most articulate guy in the world...but what does he mean hes "trying to get in shape"? I thought he was in the best shape of his career? Hes been working since late last summer on his fitness. Maybe he means hes always trying to get to that next level of endurance.

4/8/2014 2:08am Actually, riding it on a smooth track (TT style) was pretty good - so long as there were not any jumps or ditches. The suspension/shocks were about like a road bike. That ditch at Corriganville (aka Hopetown) is an example: 1st time I tried jumping into it the impact ejected me and the bike out separately. Next lap I just...

4/2/2014 2:53pm Thanks for posting the pictures and what it was like when new. I remember my RC70F machine quite well but never thought I'd again see one looking like new. The shocks were there primarily to hold the springs.. not much dampening. However, It had a dry sump engine with good power (for its day).
