3/4/2013 11:46am So what would have happened IF the red flag had not come out? Does he gets bumped from 1st to 4th at the end of the race? As it stands, He only got penalized on the restart placement?

3/3/2013 10:06am So if there was no red flag restart then RV would have won but been docked back to 3rd for the first flag infraction. IMO, he should have started at the back of the field on the restart. He admitted he made a mistake on the first pass.
