1983 KX 80, Pre production bike i raced at Ponca City in 82.. was as fast as my DMC 105. With way better handling. and it was much lighter.. I made the decision to race the Pre Pro in the 105 class . but ended up costly,, while leading by a mile on sunday, the front hub broke.. Costing me...

Its all good. Its still hard to believe, that the best weakend i ever had, the biggest race i ever won.. turned out to be the worst tragedy, in NMA history...

I dont really remember Paul Denis ever doing that much.. He was a bellow average rider.. He was an ok intermediate.. ( HATERS!!!)
