I have a '79 GT80 also. I pulled it out of my Father-in-Law's barn about 4 years ago. I was able to find most of the parts I needed in salvage yards and on e-bay. I'm down to a front fender, seat cover and front fork springs & mine will be done...

I realize this thread is about pictures, but I had to jump in with this... I just happened to be in Cincinnati doing a gig one weekend in 2004, and after I had the lighting rig set-up I jumped in the truck & drove to Indy to catch the SX... I will never forget the roar of his hometown crowd...

Great stories guys... September 1995 Englishtown. Ran +30C on my new '96 KX 125. Didn't finish last, but was pretty close to it. I was obviously pretty underpowered for that class, so I soon discovered the 125C class & learned how to dodge crazy 14 year-olds. Finally bought a 250 in '98.
