4/10/2012 11:14am If you raced Nor Cal motocross in the mid-seventies-early eighties you probably either knew, hated or loved Fred Lewis. Some of us all of the above. Fred still lives in Sacramento and has been battling cancer for two years. Still a fighter but he is very sick. I happened accross this forum and have seen a lot of familar names...

3/16/2011 10:52pm Thanks Jimmy. It really made Fred's day to year from you. Very cool of you. Thanks for updating the list as well. Great memory you have. Rudy Schnieder was from Woodland. A lot of good people on this list. Oh, and the foot peg was actually a front axle!

3/10/2011 12:39pm Thanks Nuklear. Fred and I were talking recently about his old framing days. It really brightened his day. He had quite a crew as I remember. Fred and Nancy now live off PFE Road near Walerga.
