4/6/2017 4:37pm My 97 F forks cost me about $300 shipped, the 04 triple was $100ish shipped(no pressing or mods), the front caliper with hose was about $75, the bracket and lower fork guards we about $50, I made spacers since mine were shot.

1/31/2017 7:21pm For the steel frame to SS fork swap use 04 triples since they're a bolt in without pressing stems. I have SS on my 96. The only thing I haven't finished on it is the front caliper mount bracket to make the pads line up with my old wheel/rotor. Like the other guys said though, the forks are sooo much...
