The only thing I can say is keep pushing. I ended up with a type 5 tibial Plateau Fracture. I shattered it in over 60 pieces it took 14 screws and three plates to stabilize it during surgery. I wish I could say it was easy but I can’t. For me it’s been a three-year struggle to get back physically...
