About Me
I am a 37 y/o man who from birth until the age of 5 was carried all over while my Uncle
(FURMAN GRAY) raced. From 1974 at birth til 1979 when Furman quit, I was their. I remember more than people could ever know. My first word was probily motorcycle, first sound was that of an old loud 2 stroke. But for sure my first smell was the fumes of the track. HART BROKEN that Furman has recently passed on, all the memories are flooding back. But the truth is because of him I will always love motox. At the young age of four I started asking to race, but with the wrecks Furman had it was a loosing battle with my parents. Football became my thing. I am 6'1" and 300 lbs, so I guess staying small and fit wasn't for me. I still believe that had I raced I would've been around 180 at the most but I'll never know. Now my 7 y/o who was real close to Furman, came to me about a month ago and said he wanted a motor and wanted Furman to teach him to race. I told him we would try and find a 50cc for him, but to race I would have to see how he rides. Everyone says he favors Furman in looks and has alot of his ways also, who knows, he may be the next Furman Gray in the making. In memory #48 for Macio FURMAN GRAY-HANDLEBARS
