Harbo776 Added a comment about video Walk-Around: Tech Brief on the 2018 Honda CRF250R

There is two thing during this interview that i find odd. The first one is all the talk about "we try to maximize weight reduction anywere we can". That sound great. but where is that exactly? I know that building a bike is about compromise, but the only weight reduction i could find here is the removal of a kickstart (because of adding electric) and a shorter swingarm (which i dont think is because of weight). I do see a lot of weight gain. Dual exhaust, dual cam, electric-start and a spring fork. This gives more "features" to the bike...

1/24/2017 2:26pm I want to make a tool that can be fittet to different brands, just by changing the wirring harness. That i why i build my own. I can send you my code and the semantics. The code i simple enough. The wirring of the Monostable circuit i borrow on the Internet. The code has comments in danish. Just need to...

I have figured out the rpm, TPS and MAP reading. Got a video of it running. https://youtu.be/jaZPssPkVIo The LCD is updating a bit to slow. Will bring it up from 1 time pr...

12/17/2016 11:47am Insanely cool data acquisition technology. I dont know why. I sound a bit TV shop'ish to me. How cool and different can this be? Maybe it is a "look how great this thing, you cant see" stunt from Honda.

12/17/2016 11:31am Heard this mentioned a couple of times during this off season. "HRC is stepping up their motocross program in the us and Europe" They say it is with electronics inspired from MotoGP. I was just wondering if anyone, had a bit more detailed knowledge about what it is?

7/16/2016 9:03am I have been looking at the voltage regulator way of doing it. Looks way simpler. Think this is the way to go. Will ground it to the same point as the electronic system of the bike. Hope it works. Thank for showing thst version.

7/16/2016 8:13am I have not tryed doing something similar before. If i use the same battery, i am concerned my reading on the tps and map sensor will be unstable because of potential difference. Please let me know if you have a different idea.

7/16/2016 6:48am I will try and post updates. Im working on an excel sheet that can process the data and bring an update fuel map. By doing this it is sort of autotuning, just not closed loop. Im looking to pick up the rpm pulses with a wire aroud the ignition coil. Sort of like an hour meter. Fingers crossed it will...

7/15/2016 1:03am Hey, im working on a project where i could autotune the fuel setting via an O2 sensor and an arduino. The O2 sensor im looking to use is this on: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/lc2.php It needs 12v for the heating of the sensor. I will install a 5 ah battery for this. The arduino will log the reading of the O2 sensor, TPS...
