6/15/2026 10:13am I thought I maybe had it a few years ago, I was just getting mild persistent dizziness, which dont fit the symptoms for BPPV. Doctors couldn't figure it out, did the Epley, sent me home and told me to do neck exercises. It kind of went away, thinking back now I think it was just anxiety
