You mean the navy blue? The exhaust fits 96-98. In 99 they switched to female connection and is a one year only fitment. For 00-04 the rear mount was moved to under the shock gas reservoir.

You sir are in luck, I believe this is the unicorn you’re seeking 😎 Found it in my “99-04 steel frame years” team box! If you look at the wave pattern & the every other section has a cutout it looks just like the one in your pic. If you do want it shoot me a fair offer & it’s yours. I’m not building anything with it anytime soon & would rather see it go to use. Hope this helps👍🏻
