12/10/2018 5:38am Well, it got some extra parts, if you need 'em. Very few however, since I am building another YZ125..this time an "X". I raced my 125C (with MX175 top end) this year. Once I got the kinks worked out, it was a blast.

7/25/2015 7:12pm I picked up a 86 125 that had the stator wires cut, and the plate was trashed also. I got another 86 stator, but the bike runs fine down low rpm, but will not rev out without back fires and it does kind off rev out, but not always very well. I have tried another CDI, flywheel, carb, coil, plugs/wires...

12/27/2012 2:37pm Does anyone know where I can get a rebuild kit for the Yamaha MX125A (yz125) shocks? Also, what can be done with the forks to make them ridable?

dmcleaner Started a new thread How could you guys not mention Jimmy VanAndel
1/27/2012 3:44pm Come on'...He rode for Ivan's Kawasaki in Muskegon! I think he was 4th in the nation at one point on 125s. I think he kind of fizzled when Kawasaki came out with those crap bikes in early eighties.

12/16/2011 1:05pm You are right about all the above..including the partying. He had Kawasaki support thru Ivan's Cycle in Muskegon. He was bullet fast. He rode 125s in 1980 and later moved to 250s in early 80's.

12/3/2011 7:22pm What about Jimmy VanAndel??? He was 4th in the nation at one time on 125s. He kinda went bust when Kawasaki came up with those lame early 1980's production bikes.
