Followed motocross starting about 1968. First, speedway at OC Fairgrounds... Rick Woods etc.. Went to several Trans AMA races at Saddleback park. Started out with a 1968 Honda Mini Trail. Then a 1970 Yamaha AT-1. 1975 Honda CR125. First race was sponsored by our highschool- Saddleback in Santa Ana - c1974. Before that was mostly field riding locally, or at Crown Field near Harbor Bl. and Warner Av. in Santa Ana. A few times in the desert near Adelanto. Raced at Saddleback, Carlsbad and OCIR and progressed to Intermediate. Mostly AMC on Sats at Saddleback.
