I do now have the jet in snug and it is all clean and clear. Yea on the outside of the carb are two adjustments and I ad adjusted them a lot with no success. when I get time Ill take the other one apart and count back the half turns to make sure I have them both set same.

Do any of you know what the factory settings are for the jets on the ka100 bikes? I took to carb off one of the other bikes cleaned it and put it on my running bike because the other isn't cleaned yet. And it starts but won't idle. I set them to what I have on the other bike and...

I'm worried it's running too lean and not getting enough oil if it's getting any at all. How do you check the oil injection to make sure it's working? Is there a way to do that without taking it all apart to get to the pump?

Just took one of the kamis out for a ride for the first time. It was fun and a great feeling to get her going well enough to ride. It still needs some carb adjusting but works great.

Yea I don't think too much work either. A good washing to remove the dirt and it'll make a bike difference. There are just some cosmetics that need to be fixed that Iam aware right now. Because I haven't taken anything off the other two bikes to clean and. Check them out.
