45 minute moto's at the local sand track in rough conditions! As I was born and raised in the Netherlands I grew up training in the sand. In preparation for the Dutch GP in Valkenswaard, I trained in Berghem, on a local rough sand track. I worked on technique and endurance by doing 2 moto's of 45 minutes.
