2/2/2024 8:27am This is the issue. I have the perch wheel all the way out and it is barely enough for the new clutch. I have looked over the cable and it seems like the only point of adjustment is the perch wheel. I ordered a new cable assuming that the current one is too stretched out.

1/28/2024 4:39pm Yep, all were exactly the same. Not judder spring it’s the singular, ktm style spring. Not pictured is the plate and bolts that push the mushroom spring down onto the clutch.

1/28/2024 4:11pm Pushrod is properly seated on the lever arm, pulled it apart and regressed as well. Ball bearing is installed, did not remove from pushrod and I looked inside and it’s still in there. OEM with Hinson OEM replacement.

1/28/2024 4:08pm I installed new clutch and fiber plates on my ‘23 yz450. Everything came out well and went in well, however my clutch lever is “loosey goosey” and doesn’t have any tension on it whatsoever. I tried everything from reinstalling the plates, double counting all plates, making sure I had no loose parts in the shop that I didn’t see when...

9/7/2023 12:02pm No, it only does it when I start the bike after washing it but doesn’t come up after that. I’m guessing it’s sensing that something has too much water… needless to say I don’t start my bike after washing anymore

No thanks. The only thing better than SC-1 is SC-2, and it is not out yet. :-) I would like to publicly apologize for those of us that buy products made by "the industry" to help support "the industry". Mop n Glo, Pledge, WD-40, etc. could not give a *#$% less about dirt bikes.

After I was my bike I hit the starter to get the ECU going to check hours on engine oil/ filter and the engine kill/ map changer button was blinking orange, it gave me a Diagnostic Code 8.
