Hit the nail right on the head there and i couldn't agree more! It's getting like most sports now, fast money. They don't seem to care about the riders as much anymore. It's hard to go from amateur straight into stadiums, flashing lights and big crowds and not get nervous or flustered. The guys need a throwaway season to adapt, and then a following two seasons to step up. They're kids at the end of the day, let them grow and mature with your team!
