It's really sad when this type of conflict arises. Unfortunatly I feel there are more issues underlying this situation. Whenever contingency is involved, it seems these type of situations arise everytime. As far as the board members son is concerned, he places in the top 3 continuously every weekend. I don't believe this can be used as a valid argument...
