12/22/2015 6:39pm Engine nearly finished up. Complete overhaul including the gearbox. The head has had some tuning work done to it aswell so this thing is really gonna rip. 12/6/2015 9:30am Yep correct I had the same problem with it. They must use the wrong hole punch when they make the blanks. I just cut the rubber in half with a Stanley knife, basically thru the smaller dia. I then bolted it up with one piece of the rubber either side of the alloy plate. that way it still works as...

12/5/2015 8:09am Had to clean, sand down, paint then laquer the outside of the airbox and fuel tank. Its becoming increasingly more expensive and rare to find original ones in good condition. The OEM proces for them i couldnt justify........this bike will be getting used when its complete. I rebuilt both front and rear calipers with new pistons and seals. New brake...
