4/18/2023 12:20pm FYI. I jetted mine per the manual on a 2016 KTM125 with a Keihn and it runs great.

11/28/2022 9:12am Ok Thanks. I will try a 172 or 175 see how it runs. It idled just fine this weekend, but it was kind warm out. What Mix ratio do you recommend? I will have to order the main jets should I try a larger pilot or needle?

11/28/2022 6:07am I live up north so it's pretty cold out. I went with a 168 Main, 42 Pilot and NECW Needle. All I have to say is WOW! It's a totally different bike. It Runs Great and started right up and no cold weather bog. With the mikuni I was mixing the gas/oil at 55:1. What mix should I use now...

11/16/2022 5:34am Thanks, I am going to give the NECW needle a try. What's your air screw at 2 turns out? I am currently running AJ's jetting. but I am tired of it pissing gas out every time you tip the bike a little. Have the same problems with the 125's we have.

8/3/2022 1:21pm Bruce, I read in one of your other posts that you run the FMF pipe and silencer. Have you tried the PC pipe and silencer? I spoke to a guy at XPR motorsports, they have a build on you tube and he said the HGS made the best power on the dyno and the only other combo that made good...

8/3/2022 12:15pm I'm not sure what the needles are it's just a kit that says 125/150cc that comes with the carb. There setting seam a little on the rich side. Since I am going for max horsepower I think I will try the CCL and CCM needles. Thank You for your help.

I am using the the jetting for the Mikuni's found on this forum. It works well for the Mikuni carb. But it is still not the best. Anyway I am modifying...
