I started running BelRay EXL 10W-40. Someone let me know if I should use something better or if that oil is bad. But I want to know how often should I change the oil. I'm thinking every ten hours. But that seems kinda long. I dont race and go to tracks about twice a month. Ride trails around my house...

I have a 2005 RM-Z250. And I want to know which octane gas I should run in it. I'm thinking 93 octane? Can anyone help? Also, if I run a higher octane gas, should I run a hotter or colder spark plug? And another one, which oil should I run in it? I run 10W-40, but should I run 10W-40...

I guess I'll just keep running BelRay EXL 10W-40. Or This: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/1/1/551959--motorcycle-oil-10w-40-quar… (Valvoline Motorcycle 10W-40) Because I can get it for free. Has anyone heard anything bad about it?
