If you notice, they both basically stopped and waited for about half of the field to go by and then took off... Jlaw, not so much

It's been happening way to much this year. But that was nuts, let a few go by and then took off when they should have let them all go by.

Mike Alessi is a CHEATER!

He had plenty of room to turn left, he didn't get pushed out, he chose to cut the track.

The real f*cked up thing is the AMA didn't do anything about it. Even the universe knew he cheated.

I was in disbelief when I saw that... I actually turned to Swizcore and said Did Alessi just keep going straight?

Why not do it? You won't get penalized, and even if you do, it's doubtful the 5 second penalty or 1 position will be worse than starting dead last vs. starting top 10 cuz you cut the track.

God didnt lilke what Mike did. So he blew up his KTM. Shorty did the right thing, so god gave him a top 10 finish.

TGLJC hates cutters

Obviously most of the people in this thread didn't know or they wouldn't be talking out their asses as always/usual.

Right. I downloaded them from the AMA site to do my results while still at the stadium. 11:04 pm local time.

Had they turned around and went back to Point A, they would have gotten DQ'd for going backwards on the track......

Gotta love it when the riders get penalized for a stupid track design. They are constantly blowing through the first turn in SX when they get pushed wide. Makes you wonder why they would route the start back the direction they did knowing the first turn carnage would end up there.

Back in the day you had to enter the track where you went off. None of this BS about as long as you did not gain a position or gain a advantage it is okay to cut.
