Hi everyone!
I'm not sure if sharing videos like this is allowed on the forum, so if it's not, I apologize in advance!
I wanted to share a video that I saw on youtube presenting the 2027 Honda CRF450R. The video is in French with an English voice-over, so hopefully it will be accessible to everyone here.
It's presented by Honda France's Competition Manager and goes into a lot of technical detail, covering the bike in a very comprehensive way. If you're interested in getting a closer look at the 2027 CRF450R and learning more about its features and technical aspects, I think you'll find it worth watching

Seems like most of the people with early access are loving the new 450... I'm glad to see honda pumping some enthusiasm into the sport via really updating their bikes and livery....
Yeah, exactly ! It’s a French supermoto team running Honda bikes, so they got early access to the new 450 and made the video officially with Honda. That’s why they’ve been able to get some seat time on it ahead of the public.
From what they’re saying, the bike seems to be a huge improvement in terms of performance. What’s really cool is that they test it both on a motocross track and in supermoto, so you get to see it in two completely different environments.
Wondering if last years model chain guide cages will fit?
Honda went to a plastic cage instead of last model aluminum one.
I can let you know. I'll take the metal one off my 25 and see if it fits the 27. Although, I think it was a good move on
Honda's part. When hit...the metal one will likely bend and ruin the day. The "plastic" chain guide will likely return to its previous location if hit. The new one is a cage made out of a very strong plastic and the internal guide is replaceable.
