The Mid 2000's everyone was crazy for the new 450's coming out....it was super hard to sell a 250 2 stroke.  I worked with the TUF Arenacross team....in '07 everyone thought they were going to still ride 2 strokes.  We got 5 or 6 CR 250's and then Brock Sellards and some of the guys decided to buy their own 450's.  We were trying to sell brand new CR 250's at the time for 5K and it was a struggle!  Might have been 4500...

I had a 06 RM 250 that I had a hard time selling and ended up giving away for 2K in '07.  Years later I bought another low hour 06 RM 250 and paid 3 times that!

Here is one that sold in June for $25.5k and looks like it was taken care of much better. Came with a trailer and some extras. And the fork guards are actually white! lol

I can't believe they took the current one listed outside IN THE RAIN for pictures. The crate is all rusted and you can see rust particles on top of the triple clamps. Should have taken better care of this jewel.

you could do whatever you want.  collector?  display it in your house/shop/business.  want to ride?  ride it, its 40% more than a new 450. i doubt someone throwing $20k at a bike is worried about the extra 7k over a new modern bike.

Where do you ride at usually? I am in Hendersonville
