Mxgp tv auto renew?

It's been auto renew for a couple of years now and I actually cancelled the auto renew yesterday. I also deleted my credit card information from the 'current payment method' they held to make sure they don't get cute. I'll probably renew next year as usual but that'll be my decision and not theirs.

Yup. I had subscribed to YTD for one month - $6,99.

The following month, another $6,99 was pulled out of my account. 

I tried mailing YTD asking them to stop pulling as I had only subscribed for one month. No reply from them.

After 4 months of paying and a bunch of mails sent, none of which were replied to, I had no choice but to head off to my bank, where I had them give me a new card number.

That was the only way to stop YTD from grabbing cash each month.

These Auto renews are a bastard. 

When subscribing, auto renew is automatically ✔️ (checked) 

There will be fine print in some corner informing you that you are in contract with them by checking auto renew which allows them to "auto renew" each month or year.

Make sure before paying for anything that you find the page where you can deselect "auto renew". (They typically try make this step inconvenient for us users)

They screw you by making it difficult to un-auto renew, especially on the month to month subscriptions such as my post about YTD. (You Yube Downloader)

We are living in an Era where everyone is trying to squeeze as much as they can out of the consumer. 

I got that from the Supermotocross pass or whatever it’s called to be able to watch from abroad.

They auto renew at cheeky times too, like if it’s just before A1 that’s cool, but last year it was right in the offseason with no racing coming up.. I was going to renew anyway but it’s still annoying to have money come out of your account when you aren’t expecting it..
