That's got to be the most hypocritical line I've ever read on Vital.

Love this place!

Glad to know you hang on to my every word, you insignificant little stain.

Back to the car,

That Tesla looks intriguing in the sense that it brings novel technology to the party. The thrusters could be used for additional acceleration, braking, downforce, etc. Cool.
A significant critique of Teslas everywhere (and I cannot confirm nor deny, as I have not driven one,) is that they are fantastic, rolling computers with every virtual benefit you can imagine. But they simply aren't very nice cars. (Well-built, quiet, handle great. Again, I don't have any opinion either way, because I haven't evaluated one myself.)
Additionally, although I don't find it as unapologetically hideous as the Cybertruck, that Roadster is kinda fugly. Maybe fugly in a cute way, but fugly nonetheless. Perhaps "Fugly Duckling." Maybe it will grow on me.

Finally, and most unfortunately for Tesla, they released it on the same day as Porsche announced the Mission S. There isn't even the slightest bit of competition for my attention.

You see his cars everytime you go somewhere.

Just imagine if he built a small truck, similar to the old Tacoma ???

He'd sell every one.

Without a doubt. I bet the same is true of the Cybertruck, more or less. It certainly has a following.

I don't think Elon is as interested in selling quantities as he is at changing the world with things so futuristic that nobody can compete.
