Had a big crash awhile ago in sand. Broke my collarbone into 4 pieces. Bars seemed off so I bought new mounts but they still seem off. I don't know that the bars themselves are bent but they don't seem right. They don't seem like they're parallel to the triple clamps
Did you check if the forks are twisted in the clamps?
Usually when my bars feel bent, I go to the chiropractor and then the bars feel straight again.
Assume rubber mount clamps? Remove bolts within the rubber holding the bar clamps to top clamp….roll bolts on flat surface to make sure not bent…if not bent, remove rubber or spin them around ….reinstall….loosen all pinch bolts on triples & use front fender to align everything….retighten everything….you can also remove bars and put them on flat bench to check if bent….If I have a decent crash, I almost always have to do this on my rubber mounted Austrian bikes….
