Seriously, please take some 6th grade English courses at your local middle school.

I guess if it makes you feel better to blast somebody's thread, knock yourselves out. Keep in mind that your statements speak volumes about your character since this board is all we have to go on. Being respectful to each other on here isn't against the law. Just sayin...

I agree that this weekend should be epic. Actually, this season has lived up to the hype. Four different winners, some great racing and, an actual points battle at mid-season. This bitching about the CR/JS incident has grown tiresome, I'm looking forward to Daytona instead of back at Atlanta.

This should be better than even the JS, RC, CR, races of the past. RC is irreplaceable but I think RV, Trey, and Dungey will be more then up for the challenge to try and fill that space.

Who are you, the grammar police??? This is not a test. I think you got the jist of what the cat (and mouse) was(were) saying...

Now, back on topiK...

Like the "ThrillA in Manila", I think the "Duel at Daytona" is gonna be off the hook! Finally, a real track, where you can get out of 2nd gear, and the lap times will be over 1 minute! (Hopefully!).

Please define "off the hook" and explain it's etymology for us.

"Off the hook" ... it's a popular saying based in slang to mean "Something that is of high inportance due to it's potential for excitement or fun". Thought to mean a party so good, you will want to take the phone off the hook, because all of your neighbors will be calling to complain or get invited over. Popularized by 80's sitcoms such as "Fresh Prince of Bell Air", and other ethnicly-based comedies.
See also"Off the chain"...

That's just off the top of my head, smart guy. Does that explain it clear enough for ya??? Do you "dig" me now???

Whether you like Bubba or Chad you ought to be thankful at what we are seeing. These guys are the two richest riders in the sport (right now) who have accomplished a TON. They have no need to be out there risking thier lives. And they are putting on a great show. Just with last Sat's race, and then add the other three fast guys, this will go down as the best season ever from A1 to Vegas if everyone stays healthy. Just think if RD's chain had heald up?
