I recently upgraded my sons 05 LEM R3 from the original 50cc top end to the 65cc top end kit. I think that I need to have it rejetted, but the 92 main jet sent with it isnt working...any suggestions? It starts right up and idles, but as soon as you crack the throttle it bogs down and wants to die. Please help?

Not sure what carb is used on that bike. If it has been setting awhile check the pilot (slow speed) jet and make sure it isn't blocked. If it still has the problem adjust the air mixture screw and see if that helps. If these don't your going to have to rejet. It would seem that they would have some jetting suggestions with that kit, if not call up their Tech Support and see what they suggest.

I've tried adjusting the carb in all ways that I can think of including your suggestion. That didnt work, so I guess I;ll go ahead and do the re-jet. I kind of figured that was what the solution was going to be but thanks a lot for your help!!!
