Lazy Sunday so the Mrs. and I are watching the first episode of Lioness Season 3.

I don’t know if it’s because I know he casts his self, but Taylor Sheridan seems to become a worse actor every new series or episode. The shows he makes are entertaining, but it just seems like he’s always the worst actor on the screen. I actually think that his best acting was his stint on SOA, where he wasn’t the ‘boss’ and probably didn’t have anyone afraid of telling him if his performances sucked or not.

He’s only in episode 301. One day, when I’m allowed, I’ll share some before and after pics of the Ukraine battle stuff.

That'd be pretty cool!

Hopefully the rest of this Lioness season stays entertaining.  The first episode was pretty good.

I did watch the movie "Pressure" recently, the title is a double entendre that becomes clear after watching the movie. It is the 72 hours leading up to Operation Overlord. Any fan off WW2 will like I should think.

The Drop: A Snowfall Saga. Starts September 8th.

FYI, Snowfall was a great show.

As 1990s LA shifts from crack to rap, gang territories controlled by Bloods and Crips become ground zero for an emerging music scene in South Central.

“The Drop: A Snowfall Saga” follows “Snowfall” characters Wanda Bell (Gail Bean) and Leon Simmons (Isaiah John) as they fight to reinvent themselves in ’90s Los Angeles, where the fallout from the crack epidemic is fueling a new game: the rise of West Coast rap.

Wanda starts the series driven by the clear belief that West Coast rap has the power to reshape American culture. She will work to put together a ragtag group of geniuses and lead them to the realization of all their dreams. To do it, she must navigate the dangerous overlap of music and street politics, pulling in those closest to her including her cousins Lamar Kinsey (Asante Blackk) and James Kinsey (Peyton Alex Smith), and pursuing volatile local rapper Artillery (Simmie “Buddy” Sims III), who is already in a tangle with law enforcement.

Her internship with former D-boy-turned-label-owner Darryl “DG” Grant (Brandon Mychal Smith) creates opportunities but also deepens tensions between Wanda and Leon, who has vowed to leave the streets for good and chase down his own atonement through his free legal clinic.

As ambition, loyalty and survival collide, how much is everyone willing to risk in order to build something lasting in a world that threatens to pull them down?

Unabomber.

Inspired by true events, UNABOMBER follows Ted Kaczynski’s (Jacob Tremblay) transformation from Harvard prodigy into the infamous Unabomber. Subjected to controversial psychological experiments by Professor Henry Murray (Russell Crowe), Kaczynski’s troubled past resurfaces decades later when his manhunt, led by FBI agent Joanne Miller (Shailene Woodley), brings to light the chilling consequences of ambition and isolation.

Moving between Kaczynski’s troubled past and the FBI investigation closing in on him, UNABOMBER reveals the chilling story behind the man, the mind, and the manhunt.

Starring Russell Crowe, Jacob Tremblay, Annabelle Wallis, and Shailene Woodley.
