Jimmy is in the final stages preparing for his cross county bike ride to help raise funds for SCI research. As someone who has been affected personally by a SCI, i ask that if you can, support him in any way, even if it is just a couple bucks. I figured out that .05 a mile is only like $137.00 so I decided I'll go with that, just an amazing feat for Jimmy. Scottie I still think we need to do something great for you, keep me posted I'd be more then happy to do something like that for you. Wheelchair from Redding to LA? I will sticky this next week, (there is already a ton of stickies atm) he leaves from San Diego next weekend! It is amazing what he is doing and i am pretty sure we will be able to track his journey from his website.

Soooooooo pumped for Jimmy. I was at the Supercross where he first came back out walking again after his accident. That was amazing to see. Now to see him doing something like this just makes me admire the man.

I thought i recall him mentioning in one of his radio show interviews that we would be able to track his progress on his website, but im not seeing it.

He will be on the bike on the 26th anniversary of my accident:

i just did my first day of therapy in cincinnati and kept thinking of button. what an inspiration.

dude, it was awesome. found out i have a little bit of control in my quad muscles. not much at all, but its a start and something to keep working with. and i stood up in a walker for the first time since my wreck (oct). so im pretty pumped. also get to watch justin weeks walking around the gym. thats pretty motivational too.

I love Jimmy"cool dude" we where siting together at practice a few years back when Georke launced himself and the bike into the stands, breaking three seats out ..we looked at each other and shit ..we got up and left ,lucky Matt didnt get severly injured in that one..I believe Steve Bruin has a sequince shots of him doing it"Nasty"....Road 2Recovery and M F M need alll th help we can muster for them I put it on my Facebook so others that dont Live the sport can also help..
