This two car draft shit has to go, this isn't racing. Pretty good bet there is going to be multiple wrecks in the 500 if it stays the same.

Who ever wins the 500 has to split the win with his draft partner.Angry .

I agree Bill, this 2 car draft shit is lame, might be different when we see all 42 cars on the track, but i doubt it, it will only cause more havoc. Clint came pretty damn close in race 2, if he had made his move just a split second earlier he would of got him.

RC had a good quali run in his truck. (3rd so far)

a pile up is all I see then 12 good cars making rounds with 31 cars making rounds with duct tape falling off with 10 togo, frigging circus. Checking out the moon rise tonight It's going to be full all weekend so the werewolves will be out on the track putting cars on there lids.

Obviously, you`re not as old as I am. It was kind of like tag team wrestling but on roller skates in a little round rink.

Shame on you. That's a fine piece of Americana right there.

Have you ever been involved in a race car organization or had an opportunity to take part in or watch a race live , have your kids race go-karts or have twin blondes making your every whim come true? (With-out paying for it)

Don't knock it till you have fully experienced it and know what you’re talking about.
Try opening up your adventures and try to get involved with something else in your life as there is so much more wasted than you realize.

God-Bless

I had a concern about the 2 car thing and mentioned it last weekend, I was hoping the rule change would fix it.
It did keep more care closer, but the 2 car thing still exists.
I can only guess if they close up the nose a bit more, they can reduce the draft time more, or the teams risk frying the engine.

I know how you feel. I don`t think I ever missed a Sat. morning show until my dad started making me cut grass when it came on.

It sounds like the Fords are running cooler. They must be cheating. Probably using some kind of clear unscented Engine Ice. You know anything about this Dave?

Ya you did mention that, and I think your on the right track about the nose but what the heck with the nose to bumper marriage? Not all makes like the hook up and all hell brakes loose.

What did Nascar change in their template to make this a two car draft session? spoiler height maybe?

They would be running laps faster than the IRL cars...no shit man they would be cranking 240 mph or even faster at the superspeedways. Incredible HP out of a V8 and to think having cars in the draft at that speed would put a car at 250 or higher. Flarider (Dave?) could add to this.
