My immediate reaction was that he accelerated and probably should've/would've dropped behind Deegan if he had rolled off. It's a harsh penalty but it's consistent with the letter of the law and what we've been seeing this season

I’m guess most of them. Watch the way he rides now, his right leg is constantly coming off the peg, his balance is off and I think once he makes one mistake he gets into his own head
