Muffler Repacking

Since i have some down time I'm about to re pack my yoshi duals. Spec. calls for it to be done about ever 10-15 hrs but that seems like a little much. How much do you guys run before repacking during the season

Better safe than sorry, but specs are always on the safe side, You can tell by the sound and look at the can, you can tell if it needs repacked by the visual! Sound will be a little bit raspy and cheap sounding! better to repack than ruin the silencer IMO! good luck.

I repack every 20hrs. But then again, i've got a 2010 kawi. I,m one of the loudest.

Hows it going to look? If it needs repacking. Like ive done like 6 races and lots of practice ive had my bike since 09 soo would you say its time to repack it?

Well,

My manual calls for an engine rebuild every 5 races and exhaust repack every 3.
