I have a 2022 te300i that’s completely stock. I bought a Baja designs xl80 from a guy that had it on his Ktm 500. It’s supposed to be plug n play, but it won’t turn on for me. I’ve tested it on a battery and it turns on, but nothing happens when I have it wired up through the stock wire harness. Anyone have a solution? 
I tried plugging it in without the plastic connector to see if that got a better connection but that did nothing.![]()
On my 300 the connector pin locations were different than my 500. I moved the pins and the light worked.
I believe there is an AC version and a DC version, perhaps it isn't directly compatible?
My 300 has 2 white and 1 brown wire and I’ve tried plugging the Baja wires in both ways but neither worked
