Showa steering damper dust seal replacement

Where can I find the dust seal for a Showa steering damper? I was able to find the inner piston seal at Race Tech, but it does not come with a new dust seal. OEM looks like they only sell the entire assembly, which is over $100, and I just need the seal. I saw that some suspension websites MAY have it on old forums, but the links expired. Does anybody know where I can find it?
