Hi, my name is Tommy Sanfilippo. I am the owner of Olympic Motocross Park in Colorado Springs Colorado. You are all invited to come ride. Open 7 days a week 8am til dusk.

The track hasn't shut down all winter. Cygnus's track resides in an area that gets little snow. Even when it snows, he doesn't shut down. He just recently did a bunch of work to both tracks. I'm headed out Saturday. Grab your buddies and come and join us!

There's been big changes at the track. What I call the SX section (Tommy calls it MX, but what does he know?) has some big changes in the form of the dirty dozen. I'm too chickensh*t to try it, yet.

It would seem the invitation has changed from, hey everyone is invited, to ride on our land and we will call the cops for trespassing, unless you fork over your 200 bucks. Is the 2010 MXDN party still going to be held here or do we have to pay 200 bucks? On the website now is.

"Olympic motocross is now closed to the public. No more 10.00 daily rides. You need to be a member of the club . 200.00 per year all you can ride. Family memberships are 250.00 all members must live in the same houshold. Call for more info. Anyone caught riding without a membership will be tresspassing."

No the mxdn ride day will be open to the public. it will be 20-25 for the day and that will incude food. We are closed all other days to the general public. Sorry for any inconveinience.

So what happened? Did you suffer some abuse or misuse from riders, did they take advantage of you in some way? Was it economic because of the economic turn down? Just wondering. I never made it out to that track (It did not get a lot of publicity and I did not know where it was.

Hey Cygnus I was wondering what's up with your track out in Hanover about a year ago was the last time I went I went about 4 times in 2012-2013 just dropped ten bucks off in the shack few minutes later a car would pull up and grab the cash and I.rode.all day. I'm just wondering what's up man I'd like to come and play around on the only track in the springs that actually has jumps haha there's a lot of talk around aztec dragonmans and ram about your spot but no-one has went out in awhile. Thanks for any info brother.

I'm still here. Tracks the same just try and keep it tuned up a couple times a year and would be happy to have ya come out and ride. The only new thing I'd like ya to text me before ya come out at 303-513-5059 Tommy.

Should be sweet when this little snow melts like Saturday. Call or text thanks.

I want to come check this place out with my sons before I head overseas. Wondering if it is still $10 all day ride for the public. Website seems to be gone and can't find any other info on it.

Cygnus - Is Olympic still open or is it closed? Your profile still talks about it, but the website is dead. I'm an off-roader, so a pure MX track isn't my cup of tea, but thought I'd check and see cuz winter alternatives in Front Range are limited.

Hey Tommy! It’s been a while since my family and I have been out there. We used to come out about 10-20 times a year for roughly 10 years. Everyone then got old and moved away. I had to sell my bike for a few years but now have one again. I tried reaching out over phone but nothing is going through anymore. I would love to come out and continue to give donations to ride at your place! Had so many great childhood memories there!

Don't know if you'll get a response from him on here. The place burned in the 2018 wildfires and he hasn't posted in years.
